This is a new web site for the Mid Somerset Group of the United Reformed Church. It is constantly under construction, so the content will change regularly. Keep revisiting!
It will enable our friends in the five churches that make up the Group: Glastonbury, Street, Somerton, Curry Rivel and Langport to keep in touch with each other, and the wider public, on a regular basis.
We hope, in these difficult and unprecented times, that we can contribute to the well-being and security of our members, so please feel free to send in items for publication if you can.
We have made it possible for members to send items to the blog part of this site - the News page - by email, which should mean news passes around the system quickly and with minimal reliance on individuals. Because the system is automated, it's important that the details you send in are checked, come from a reliable source and can be verified.
There is also, for each Church, a page where they can provide information about their church community, the services and other events that take place there (in normal times), the facilities they offer and up to date information of their response to the Coronavirus crisis.
